Discussion
Sets a media item's source In/Out marks (Premiere's Source Monitor I and O). They are saved with the project and used by edit.insertFromSource / overwriteFromSource. A key left out keeps its mark; null clears it; an In at or after the Out (or an Out at or before the In) clears the other mark.
Run it with wabcut-cli cmd <project> --json, from an MCP client as source_setMarks, or from an extension. See Edit commands for requests, references and results.
