Discussion
A new media item playing "in".."out" (exclusive) of a media item's file, named "name", in "bin" (default the root). Restricted (default) keeps trims inside that range. Returns its id.
Run it with wabcut-cli cmd <project> --json, from an MCP client as media_makeSubclip, or from an extension. See Edit commands for requests, references and results.
