Discussion
Changes a subclip's range and restriction (Premiere's Edit Subclip). Restricting is refused while a clip of it uses media outside the new range.
Run it with wabcut-cli cmd <project> --json, from an MCP client as media_setSubclip, or from an extension. See Edit commands for requests, references and results.
